What is included in my registration?
Registration includes access to all conference sessions, workshops, keynote presentations, conference materials, welcome reception, and all scheduled meals and breaks. Some specialized pre-conference workshops may have additional fees.
Is there a cancellation policy?
Cancellations received by August 15, 2025 will receive a full refund minus a $50 processing fee. Cancellations between August 16 and September 5, 2025 will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after September 5, 2025.
Can I transfer my registration to a colleague?
Yes, registration transfers are permitted at no additional cost. Please contact conference@citymatch.org with the details of the transfer at least 7 days before the conference start date.
Will the sessions be recorded?
Yes, most sessions will be recorded and made available to registered attendees for 90 days after the conference. Some specialized workshops or sessions may not be recorded due to speaker preferences or content restrictions.
Is there a virtual attendance option?
Yes, we offer a virtual attendance option that includes live streaming of keynote sessions and select workshops, as well as access to recorded content. Virtual registration is available at a discounted rate.
